- My role
- Project leadership, functional management of project teams and coordination of external implementation partners.

- Completed the implementation on schedule and under budget. Responsible for system architecture, data migration and ERP/MES integration.

SAP ME & machine integration

- Connect assembly, stamping and injection moulding to ERP through the MES.
- My role
- Project Manager and Production Digitalization Coordinator, leading the SAP ME implementation.
- Implementation
- Integrated machines and reduced manual copying, postings and paper workflows. Met budget, quality and schedule requirements.

OPC UA connected machines to the MES. Digital operator guidance and component traceability supported the workflows.

Schondelmaier GmbH PresswerkI am responsible for the company-wide digitalization strategy and ERP development and report directly to executive management.
- Functional leadership of cross-functional project teams and management of external implementation partners.
- Planning and implementation of the ERP transformation with SAP S/4HANA.
- 2021–2024
Head of Global Digitalization
Gruner AGI had line and functional management responsibility for the ten-person Competence Team for Applications and reported directly to executive management.
- Developed global support processes into a key-user model and established PLM structures in SAP ERP.
- Strategic planning for SAP S/4HANA and support for the implementation in India as a global blueprint project.
- 2017–2021
Production Digitalization Coordinator
Gruner AGI digitalized production and logistics processes and was responsible for the MES implementation in Wehingen as Project Manager.
- Introduced SAP WM and preventive maintenance in SAP ERP.
- Built new IT infrastructure at the sites in Tunisia and Serbia.

Toolmaking & production
My professional foundation is an apprenticeship in toolmaking. I subsequently led the toolmaking department and worked in manufacturing and maintenance.
- My studies in Industrial Engineering and Applied Computer Science complement this practical foundation.
